Lean Manager (all genders)
Aufgaben
- Lead and implement lean manufacturing initiatives within iSi Automotive Group across production, logistics, maintenance, quality and supporting functions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects based on the iSi Automotive Lean Handbook and defined lean tools such as 5S, value stream mapping, SMED and Yamazumi.
- Support plant leadership to identify productivity, efficiency, cost, quality, and lead-time improvement opportunities in high-volume automotive production processes.
- Coach managers, supervisors, engineers, and shopfloor teams in lean principles & tools, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement behavior.
- Facilitate cross-functional improvement workshops and ensure systematic implementation of sustainable countermeasures
- Collaborate closely with local and global quality, production, maintenance, supply chain, engi-neering and EHS teams.
- Promote operational discipline, safety, accountability and fact-based decision-making across the organisation.
Qualifikationen
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent proven experience leading Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in operations and production, preferably within automotive environment.
- Experience in a Tier 1 supplier environment or a comparable customer-driven industrial manufac-turing setting.
- Ability to work effectively with plant leadership, production, quality and supply chain teams, as well as international stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, training and facilitation skills, combined with a hands-on shopfloor mentality.
- Fluent English, spoken and written; additional languages used at iSi Automotive production sites are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to production sites, customers, suppliers and project locations.

For this full-time position, we offer an all-in gross annual salary of at least EUR 90,000 in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal technology industry (FMTI), with willingness to offer a significantly higher salary depending on experience and qualifications.
