Our client is an internationally operating technology group with a long-standing tradition and a clear focus on technical services, maintenance, and modernization of complex installations. As an established market player with a strong position in Central Europe and its own country organization in Slovakia, the company is looking, in the course of a strategically important succession, for an entrepreneurially minded leader as:
Regional Manager Slovakia (f/m/d)
Leadership for a successful sales & service organization / Bratislava
Aufgaben In this key position, you take on entrepreneurial leadership of the entire Slovak organization and are accountable for revenue and results or your team. Your area of responsibility spans the sales of new installations and modernization projects as well as the existing service business, including maintenance and repair. You lead a team of around 80 employees and ensure stability, trust, and sustainable growth through your active presence – with customers and within the team alike. Building and personally nurturing relationships with a broad and significant customer base is close to your heart, as is close and constructive collaboration with fellow leaders and central corporate functions within an internationally structured matrix organization.
Qualifikationen You've already proven that you don't just hold responsibility – you truly live it – in a general management, sales management or branch leadership role (7 - 10 years) with clear results accountability. Ideally, you bring your track record from a technical sales & service organization, with hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, or repair of technical equipment or plants. Whether your path led through a technical or a business background - ideally based on an university degree - is secondary; what matters is your practical, broad-based sales experience and your ability to navigate complex, internationally structured organizations. You are a strong communicator, pragmatic, hands-on – and bring exactly the right blend of closeness and assertiveness needed to realign a team and lead it to success. Your roots in the Slovak market and fluent English round out your profile.
Wir bieten Look forward to a position with real impact – within an internationally connected company with a clear growth strategy. The compensation package is attractive (gross annual salary of approx. € 90,000 to € 115,000, including 33% bonus) and is rounded out by a company car as well as long-term development opportunities, including beyond national borders.
